+ General education knowledge: students are equipped with general education knowledge about political, legal, basic math, foreign language and support skills, physical education and education education defense.

+ Specialized knowledge: students are equipped with basic and advanced knowledge in the field of Computer Science. + Bachelor of Computer Science has the ability to detect and solve problems in the field of Computer Science. Specifically:

The Expected Learning Outcomes (ELOs) is the starting point of the curriculum design process and is built according to a rigorous, scientific process in which it reflects the vision and mission of the university and faculties and is suitable to the course objectives and meets the needs of stakeholders.
The ELOs will be concretized according to the principle of "directional compatibility" in step-by-step subjects to help learners gain professional qualifications & skills in knowledge, skills, attitudes and professional responsibilities after completing the training program. The content of the program also enhances group work activities, training habits of active self-studies and creative thinking for students to be proactive and ready for development opportunities.

- 3. CURRICULUM

The curriculum is a system of theoretical and practical knowledge that is designed synchronously with the method of teaching, learning and evaluating learning outcomes to ensure learners accumulate knowledge, gain the necessary competencies according to the published expected learning outcomes corresponding to the university level. The curriculum of Ton Duc Thang University is built in a way that is compatible with the program of the world's TOP 100 universities according to the rankings of QS and THE but is adjusted to suit the conditions and realty in Vietnam and the training target of Ton Duc Thang University.
Periodically, the university reviews and evaluates the curriculum to ensure that the students meet the requirements of society in terms of professionalism after graduation as well as update the changes in technology and new business methods, etc. This process has the full participation of key stakeholders including scientists, employers, alumni, students, and lecturers. The TOP 100 program has been delivered by the university since 2015 to train human resources to meet the labor market and global integration trend, to help students to be more active and self-study, to approach the latest training approaches in the world.

Computer Science
Computer Science is a discipline that applies knowledge of algorithms, computational methods, programming languages, and information system analysis and construction to solve problems within the field of Computer Science. It involves developing computer software systems, intelligent computational models, and applications on modern platforms to serve the national mission of industrialization and modernization within the context of digital transformation.
Upon graduation, Bachelors of Computer Science can confidently undertake roles such as specialists in designing and building computer software, mobile applications, web-based e-commerce applications, and computer/mobile games; specialists in administering and developing security solutions for computer and network systems; programmers; intelligent system developers; consultants, evaluators, and developers of information technology projects and solutions; specialized officials in government agencies, etc.; or they may choose to continue their studies and research at higher postgraduate levels.

This is the most critical discipline within the fields related to Information Technology (IT). Students not only learn mathematics, statistics, and programming but are also equipped with software engineering knowledge and modern data analysis tools to become Data Scientists – the sexiest job of the 21st century as voted by Harvard Business Review.
A hallmark of the Advanced Program is that it is taught by excellent lecturers with strong research capabilities; 50% of foundational and specialized subjects are taught in English; students receive practical professional training and certification from enterprises. Students, if desired and meeting financial and academic requirements, can register to study, exchange for one semester, or conduct their graduation internship at a prestigious university abroad, such as in Taiwan or the Czech Republic.
