The Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science is an advanced training program that meets the demand for highly qualified human resources in dynamic and constantly developing economies, when computer science has become an indispensable tool for almost all occupations in socio-economic life. 

1. General information

• The training program is designed to ensure the students have theoretical knowledge and the ability to apply the knowledge learned to the practical problems for the trainees. Students are able to develop applications that solve practical issues in the areas of technical production, economics, social sciences and biomedical sciences. 
• Teaching staff are experienced lecturers working in the field of computer science, most of them graduated from famous universities abroad. Along with the modern American standard, namely the computer science program of Stanford University, the program is constantly updated to meet the actual needs in Vietnam.
• Ton Duc Thang University's Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree program offers the opportunity to access the most modern and advanced knowledge in the world; At the same time, students are taught in a new motif, creating new sources of inspiration and new approaches for participants in the training program. 
• Special information: After excellent graduating of Computer Science from Ton Duc Thang University, students are given priority in examining the transfer of doctoral degree in some European countries.

3. Method of Enrollment: Selection

Eligibility:

• Foreign candidates who have a university degree;
• Vietnamese candidates must have a university degree in a discipline that is right or suitable to the registration;
• Candidates who have a university degree close to that of the candidate have to have certificates of additional knowledge (see attachment);
• Who having a temporary graduation certificate in an appropriate discipline, an appropriate branch or a close branch, will still be considered for admission but have to have a diploma before being recognized.

Condition of foreign language: 01 in the following conditions:

• Having a university degree, master's or doctoral degree issued by a foreign university establishment (the main language used in the study process must be English, as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training).
• Having a university degree, master's degree or Ph.D. in the countries where the training language is entirely English without translation;
• College degree in English language;
• Candidates have an English certificate equivalent to 3/6 level of ability for foreign languages 6 levels for Vietnam by the foreign language training institutions licensed by the Ministry of Education and Training (Level B1); or have one of the international English certificates: IELTS 4.5, TOEFL PBT 450, TOEFL iBT 45, TOEIC 450 are valid up to the date of application (for Vietnamese master's program );
• Candidates with International English certificates: IELTS 5.5, TOEIC 600 or equivalent international certificates are valid until the date of application (for English master degree programs).
• Candidates who have not met the foreign language requirements above must take the entrance test on Foreign Language and must score at least 50 points on the 100 points scale.
